I'm currently representing a well-established and fast-growing technology and infrastructure partner that delivers end-to-end connectivity solutions across commercial offices and critical environments.
They're now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee structured cabling installations across London-based sites-working on a mix of small to medium projects (or contributing to larger ones), primarily in commercial office settings.

The Role:
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of on-site teams and the successful delivery of cabling installations. This includes:

• Managing engineers and supervisors across multiple sites
• Ensuring cabling (Cat6/Cat6a) is installed to spec and quality standards
• Upholding health & safety compliance and documentation
• Communicating progress, compiling reports, and attending client meetings
• Managing materials and project profitability
• Contributing to documentation, patching schedules, and O&M manuals

What You'll Need:

• Experience delivering cabling projects in Data Centre or Commercial Office environments
• Knowledge of structured cabling installations and standards
• Strong organisational and team management skills
• Confident with site documentation, client reporting, and Microsoft tools
• Clear communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
