A leading company is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the installation of External Wall Insulation on 30 residential properties in the Portsmouth/Southampton area. The role requires strong project management skills and relevant site tickets. The project is valued at approximately £1.5 million and is expected to run until September 25. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and manage various site activities while ensuring health and safety compliance.
I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage the installation of External Wall Insulation & refurbishment works on 30 residential properties in the Portsmouth / Southampton area. The project is currently live and installation works are currently on going with further external refurbishment works to the roof currently happening. Build value is circa 1.5 million and the project is due to run until September 25.
The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.
Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
