Job Description:

We're hiring on behalf of a leading clean energy contractor delivering large-scale solar and battery storage (BESS) projects across the UK.

This is a site-based role, and the client is looking for someone willing to relocate between projects. Multiple deployments are scheduled across 2025, so a consistent, committed Site Manager helps ensure seamless delivery across all phases.

Immediate needs include:

• First site deployment starting ASAP (June 2025) in the North West
• Second project in September 2025, based in the South of England

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing on-site delivery of solar PV and BESS systems
• Leading teams, managing subcontractors, and day-to-day logistics
• Ensuring all work meets HSEQ and client standards
• Reporting site progress and collaborating with project teams
• Relocating between projects as required

Ideal candidate profile:

• 1–3 years’ site-based experience in solar/BESS or renewable projects
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• HSEQ awareness and site certifications preferred (training support available)
• Open to relocating for projects
