Clarkson Owens recruitment are working with a leading company that specialises in social housing regeneration. Due to a number of project wins, this company is looking for a site manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams and working on regeneration projects such as:

1. EWI
2. Roofing
3. Heat pump installation
4. IWI

Due to the nature of the work, this role will require working away from home. The salary is between £37-43k plus a bonus paid quarterly. Accommodation will be paid for, along with a staying away allowance of £60 per night. A van and fuel card will be provided.
