Fortem, part of the Willmott Dixon Group, is recruiting a Site Manager to work on two projects from our Birmingham Projects division. You will coordinate multiple workstreams within occupied residential buildings, oversee specialist subcontractors, and maintain programme, quality and health and safety standards.

This permanent, full-time role runs 8-16:30, Monday to Friday, with responsibility for delivery across refurbishment works including EWI, cladding, roofing and window changes.

Qualificações

• Proven experience of managing construction projects.
• Experience of working on high/low rise properties.
• Experience managing direct and sub-contracted staff.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safe, effective and timely delivery of Retrofit/Construction and external refurbishment projects.
• Lead and manage a team of direct and sub-contracted Construction and Trades staff.
• Reporting into the Project Manager with direct responsibility for operational Site Management.
• Lead retrofit/construction works within the Projects division.
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to and work with HSE Managers.
