The Role
As our Site Manager / Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects on-site. Leading health and safety, you will carry out risk assessments, manage site security, ensure compliance with waste management policies, and oversee contractor safety procedures. You will also compile and maintain essential project documentation, including Construction Phase Plans, risk registers, and health and safety files.

The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check or be willing to undertake one. Other organisations may call this role Construction Site Manager, Site Works Manager, Project Site Lead, or On-Site Operations Manager.
