Site Manager - Shopfitting
£55,000 + Overtime | Based in Plymouth with Nationwide Travel

DK Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing shop fitting company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fit outs across the UK. Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage live shopfitting projects from initial set-up through to successful handover.
2. Coordinate subcontractors, monitor timelines, and ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
3. Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations on site.
4. Act as the main point of contact on-site, liaising effectively with clients and resolving issues promptly.
5. Travel across the UK as required (accommodation and expenses covered).

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a similar site management role, ideally within the shopfitting or fast-track fit-out sector.
2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
3. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential).
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Flexibility to travel and stay away as required.
6. Ideally based in or around the Devon area.
