You will manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a site team, coordinate with trades, and ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
• Oversee delivery of the retirement village project, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality completion.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget, and implement corrective actions as needed.
