They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a retirement village project in Sheffield. You will manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a site team, coordinate with trades, and ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
  • Oversee delivery of the retirement village project, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality completion.
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor progress against schedule and budget, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Site Management within the construction/build sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Ability to oversee multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
