One of my key clients, a well-established Tier 1 contractor with a reputation for consistent profitability and project delivery, is looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join their team.

About the Client:

This contractor is known for delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Leisure, and Defence, typically within the £5m–£30m value range. They have a strong regional presence and a healthy pipeline of work in the area.

The Opportunity:

They’re about to break ground on a £20m Education project in Northampton, and are seeking a driven Senior or Site Manager to play a key role in its successful delivery. You'll be working with an experienced team and benefit from the support structure you'd expect from a Tier 1 business.

Reporting directly into a Project Manager.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on medium to large-scale construction projects
• Background with a main contractor, ideally Tier 1 or Tier 2
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
