Overview

Job Title: Site Manager - Roofing Project (Central London, Waterloo)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale roofing and external works project in Central London (Waterloo).

Start Date: Approx. 4-6 weeks
Duration: 6 months minimum, with strong potential to extend to 12 months

Project

Large-scale roofing works (standing seam aluminium); Extensive scaffolding; Additional external works

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple subcontractors on site
• Ensure the site is maintained to a clean, safe, and professional standard
• Monitor programme delivery and provide regular progress reporting
• Ensure full CDM compliance and adherence to H&S procedures
• Manage scheduling, quality standards, and project documentation

Candidate Requirements

• Proven site management experience on construction projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience in managing subcontractors and maintaining site safety
• Familiarity with programme and reporting requirements
• Background in hard metal roofing (standing seam / aluminium) is highly desirable, but not essential
