Site Manager - Nottingham - Restaurant Fit Out - 16-week programme

Are you a site manager with experience managing fast-track restaurant fit-out projects for chains or independent operators? We are recruiting for a site manager, from a joinery background, to oversee the fit-out of a new restaurant in Nottingham city centre, with strip-out starting next week.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the health and safety of site operatives
2. Coordinating site labourers and sub-contractors
3. Reporting to the on-site project manager
4. Holding site meetings
5. Ordering materials

Experience & Requirements:

• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certifications
• Proven track record of delivering restaurant fit-out projects
• Joinery background
• Experience with main contractors or joinery subcontractors
• Flexible with shifts and working hours
• Local to Nottingham
• Ability to provide references
