The client is an innovative Fit Out contractor with a large portfolio of projects across Surrey and excellent growth potential. They prioritize quality, health & safety, and brand value, having received numerous awards for their work. They are currently seeking a Number 1 site manager to oversee a D&B Restaurant Fit Out in Central London. The ideal candidate will have completed similar projects and be very hands-on, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage the site effectively as the lead.

This opportunity may transition from temporary to permanent for the right candidate.

The candidate should have:

• Experience working on commercial fit-out projects
• The ability to start immediately
• Capability to procure, manage costs, and run projects independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent quality assurance skills
• Focus on health and safety
