An established industry player is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee a new build residential project in Staines. This role involves managing the project independently, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and coordinating various trades on-site. The project is currently in the internal works phase, requiring a proactive approach to meet tight deadlines and maintain high standards. The ideal candidate will possess essential site tickets and have a proven track record in residential construction management. Job description
I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a 12-14 new build residential project based in Staines, Surrey. The project is currently live and with the majority of the brickwork complete and now moving into internal works such as carpentry & M&E. The project is due to run until October 25.
The Candidate: must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.
Site tickets required: SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
