The Opportunity:

Based in Southampton and operating across Hampshire and Dorset, our client is a reputable housebuilding company focused on delivering high-quality projects. They are seeking a Site Manager with experience in high-end new build, extension, and refurbishment projects.

The Role:

  • Producing method statements.
  • Preparing weekly management reports.
  • Monitoring project progress according to the programme.
  • Conducting pre-start meetings and developing health and safety plans.
  • Undertaking site safety inductions for new personnel.
  • Liaising with the materials controller to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Managing subcontractors' work.

The Person:

  • Detailed building and construction experience.
  • CSCS card.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • First Aid qualification.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to read drawings.
  • Trade background, preferably in Brick/Stone/Masonry.
  • Attention to detail and passion for construction.

Desirable Criteria:
