Site Manager (Residential -New Build/Cut & Carve)

Site Manager - (Residential Construction) - London - £60-70,000 + package

Our client is a Regional Developer, with a focus on delivering good quality Residential schemes. They have a growing pipeline of work across London and the home counties, Cut & Carve, RC frame and some out of town Traditional new build. Your first project will be either a High end Resi change of use in Kensington (c.£15M) or a prestigious mixed-use development in Islington (c.£25M).

You will be a Site Manager project focused liaising with the Project Manager and QS, supported by a Contracts Manager. The business is in a period of long-term targeted growth, so a good time to get onboard.

Duties include:

1. Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company's requirements.
2. Monitor progress in line with the programme of work.
3. Maintain and update project reporting, keeping appropriate Site Records.
4. Support and coordinate internal progress meetings.
5. Liaise with PM on design issues regularly throughout the contract.
6. Arrange and lead internal progress meetings with Subcontractors.
7. Liaise with the PM and monitor sub-contractors in relation to any variations and delays.
8. Monitor and review quality assurance, support snagging as required.
9. Produce RAMs for site, implementing Health & Safety Procedures including safety inspections of the site and ensuring regulations relating to health & safety are being met.

You will have:

1. Relevant experience in the London residential market, New Build, RC Frame & Cut & Carve.
2. Ideally Degree qualified or equivalent, with SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.
