Job summary

Liberty in Leicester/Coventry is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead renewable installation projects, with a focus on ASHP and Solar PV systems. You will coordinate on-site teams, drive safety and quality, and ensure on-time delivery.

You’ll manage multiple crews, liaise with clients, and ensure PAS 2030 and industry standards are met. A full UK driving licence is essential, with a proactive, hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within renewables or planned works.
• Strong knowledge of ASHP and/or Solar PV installations.
• Experience managing on-site teams (multiple crews).
• Background in domestic projects (social housing preferred).
• Knowledge of construction contracts (JCT/NEC).
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to manage programmes, resources and performance effectively.

The Role

As a Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of renewable installation projects, with a focus on Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Solar PV systems.

You’ll be managing multiple teams on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

About You

You’ll be a confident leader with strong experience in renewables or planned works, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.

Essential

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within renewables or planned works
• Strong knowledge of ASHP and/or Solar PV installations
• Experience managing teams on-site (multiple crews)
• Background in domestic projects (social housing preferred)
• Knowledge of construction contracts (JCT/NEC)
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to manage programmes, resources and performance effectively
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• Experience working in PAS 2030 retrofit environments
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
• Experience progressing into multi-site or project management roles
