Approach Personnel are proud to be working on an exclusive basis with a large, successful, and growing Maintenance Contractor who are seeking a Site Manager to join their team on a long-term kitchens and bathrooms contract.

Are you a Site Manager or experienced Site Supervisor looking to step up to management with a background in social housing, local authority, or similar housing associations? Do you want to work for an industry-leading company that continues to expand?

This company works with local authorities and social landlords to maintain and refurbish homes and properties, with the largest sectors being Social Housing and Local Authorities.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to completion, ensuring work is finished on time, to high quality, and within budget.

This role would suit a Site Manager or Site Supervisor looking to advance, with a background in social housing, local authority, or similar housing associations.

The Role

• Meeting clients and managing their expectations.
• Being the first point of contact for clients and sub-contractors.
• Managing all aspects of Health & Safety.
• Working closely with Quantity Surveyors.

The Person

• Background in social housing, local authority, or similar housing associations.
• Excellent knowledge of responsive repairs, voids, planned works, and project management.
• Building or refurbishment-related qualification or demonstrable experience.
• Experience within the construction industry.
