Qualifikationen

• WAMITAB/COTC qualification required.
• IOSH or above or equivalent experience.
• Level 5 leadership apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Experience in operations management in waste management, fuel production or manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading production facilities and teams.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Ability to manage shift change-overs effectively.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.

• Lead safe, compliant and efficient site operation.
• Deliver daily biomass fuel production to meet quality and demand.
• Champion HSE standards across site operations.
• Use KPIs to drive safety, production, quality and cost.
