About the Role
  • Overseeing site compliance and ensuring all works adhere to company and regulatory standards.
  • Organising labour and resources effectively to maintain smooth site operations.
  • Managing material usage to keep stock levels efficient and minimise waste.
  • Implementing company quality control processes, including regular checks and inspections.
  • Tracking and managing production costs, authorising contractor and trade payments where appropriate.
  • Leading toolbox talks and on-site briefings to reinforce safety and best practices.
  • Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to keep the build programme on track.
  • Maintaining excellent site presentation at all times to uphold company standards.
About the Requirements
  • Proven experience managing RC frame and infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of groundworks, drainage, and reinforced concrete structures.
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid at Work certifications (Temporary Works Coordinator desirable).
  • Ability to lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, quality, and compliance standards within civil engineering.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate resources and liaise effectively with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
