Site Manager (No1) - Social Housing

Location: Portsmouth

Type: Temporary - 9 months+
Start: ASAP
Rate: £(Apply online only) p/day
Allowed: CIS or LTD

This building contractor covers a range of services including construction, refurbishment / fit out, and maintenance. They work within sectors such as leisure, commercial, residential, retail, health, and education.

The works include: EWI works, windows and doors, loft insulation replacements, asbestos removal, external decorations.

Experience required: Experience working on occupied buildings or social housing, with good knowledge of EWI.

Managers applying for this role must have: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and IT skills. Refurbishment experience is also preferred.
