Expert Construction is welcoming applications from suitably qualified Site Managers for a project commencing in January 2025. This main contractor has numerous upcoming projects and is seeking Site Managers with an excellent track record, drive, and ambition to complete projects on time and within budget.

Project Details:

  • Project: 40 units, Traditional Build, Private Housing
  • Location: Portrush, Northern Ireland
  • Start Date: May 2025

Key Duties:

  • Delivering high-quality finishes with zero defects and ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget
  • Supervising and organizing all direct and subcontract staff
  • Communicating with clients, design teams, and statutory agencies
  • Managing health & safety and risk assessments
  • Providing weekly reports to contract management
  • Maintaining accurate records

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of Site Management experience on private or social housing projects
  • High standards of finishing
  • First Aid qualification
  • Strict adherence to health & safety protocols
  • CSR Gold Card (desirable)
