Job summary

MCR Property Group is recruiting a Site Manager for a high-profile 290-unit PBSA conversion in Glasgow. You will lead delivery, coordinate design teams and subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget progress with top-quality standards.

The role requires a proven site management background, CSCS/SMSTS, and strong leadership. Commutable to Glasgow from surrounding areas and a clear path for progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years site management experience
• PBSA/apartment project experience preferred
• CSCS card and valid UK driving licence required
• IT-literate with good record-keeping and site files
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to work to tight schedules and budgets

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers to deliver on time, on budget, to quality standards
• Take control of onsite site management and delivery
• Maintain site records and audits
• Work to programme and report issues promptly
• Oversee health and safety compliance (SMSTS, CSCS) on site
• Manage site teams and subcontractors to meet requirements
