Job Title: Site Manager - Passive Fire Protection

Location: Coventry / Midlands

Responsibilities

• As the Site Manager, supervise and manage the contractors undertaking works, ensuring works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales.
• Manage sub-contractors, inspect properties pre- and post-works, take progress meetings and oversee day-to-day delivery of the programme.
• Ensure all works comply with CDM regulations with regards to FRA works and Health & Safety and Environmental regulations are adhered to at all times.
