Job description

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a £100k healthcare refurbishment project in West London. This is a live environment project, so experience in managing works within operational healthcare settings is essential. You'll be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of site operations, subcontractors, and trades.
  • Liaising with the client, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Managing site documentation, permits, and records.
  • Coordinating deliveries, site logistics, and sequencing of works.
  • Attending site meetings and providing regular progress updates.
  • Maintaining high standards of site presentation and organisation.

Requirements:

  • Valid SMSTS certificate
  • Valid First Aid at Work certificate
  • Proven experience managing refurbishment projects within live healthcare or similarly sensitive environments.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage programmes, H&S, and site documentation efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
