As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure work is carried out within an agreed timeframe, budget, and to the quality standards of our clients.

What are we looking for?

• Experience working as a Site Manager on multiple new build housing projects.
• SMSTS certification
• Ideally, prior experience with a 5 NHBC rated developer.
• An enthusiastic individual seeking to progress into a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a construction site to ensure completion on time, to specification, and in compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and construction quality standards.
• Ensure all quality and safety inspections meet quality control standards and are conducted according to Group guidelines.
• Coordinate with external third parties such as warranty providers, local authorities, and utility companies to achieve the build programme.
• Maintain accurate records including staff inductions, health, safety and environment documentation, timesheets, incident reports, and quality control checklists.
• Ensure materials are called off, checked, and stored in accordance with Group guidelines.
