Job summary

Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to lead petrol forecourt projects across the UK. You will oversee day-to-day operations, safety, and client requirements, coordinating site teams and suppliers in active forecourt environments with some travel and overnight stays.

The role requires experience in petrol forecourts and related EV projects, delivering on time, within budget, and to industry standards. Accommodation is provided when needed and the salary ranges £60k-£70k+ package.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on multiple petrol forecourt construction and maintenance projects, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with industry regulations and client specifications.
• Coordinate site teams, and suppliers on live forecourt environments, maintaining strict health & safety standards (including fuel safety protocols) while minimising disruption to trading stations.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and progress reporting, ensuring quality control and adherence to project programmes from mobilisation through to handover.

Specialising in fuel retail forecourt remediation, refurbishment, redevelopment and maintenance, they have gained an excellent reputation for delivering solutions for complex projects for major clients.

This role involves travelling to various sites across the UK, with overnight stays during the working week.

Key requirements
