Small hotel and interiors contractor
Nationwide work including staying away from home on a regular basis. All expenses included accommodation and food allowance provided.
Managing hotel interior refurbishments including bedroom and bathroom changes upto £1m in value.
Demonstrate excellent reading and writing skills for the preparation of reports and documentation.
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders and work effectively as part of a team.
Regularly send detailed weekly reports on project progress and site activities.
Requirements:
Possession of an SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) card.
First aid certification is mandatory.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in joinery and interior fit-out.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
