Job Description:

MEICA Site Manager - West London

We are seeking a MEICA Site Manager to lead construction site operations with a strong focus on MEICA works across civil engineering and infrastructure projects. You will ensure high standards in health & safety, quality, environmental compliance, and cost control, while supporting Electrical and Mechanical Engineers with technical documentation, commissioning plans, ITPs, and QA records.

You’ll be accountable for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of projects, working closely with Contracts/Project Managers, engineers, and quantity surveyors to meet client expectations. Projects range from £200k to £10m+ and include frameworks, bespoke builds, and emergency works.

  • Proven experience in MEICA/Civil Engineering as a Site Agent in regulated environments
  • Knowledge of CDM, contract conditions, programme, risk, and cost management
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across MEICA and civil teams
  • Qualifications:
  • C&G 2382-18 (18th Edition)
  • C&G 2365 / AM2 (Electrical)
  • Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Formal Mechanical Engineering Qualification (C&G/NVQ)
  • Experience in industrial MEICA installations and commissioning
  • CSCS card, IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS, Temporary Works Coordinator
  • Confident in challenging designs and resolving site issues
  • Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Thames Water Safety Passport
  • Experience in water & wastewater utilities
