Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality management.
• Experience working with NEC contracts and major project delivery environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities and construction operations.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour teams.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely and comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor progress against programme and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Conduct site inspections, briefings, and progress meetings.
