What You Will Do:

  • Lead and inspire a team to uphold a culture of safety and wellness, ensuring compliance with safety programmes and initiatives.
  • Manage a team of over 15 maintenance engineers
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders by demonstrating honesty, respect, and transparency.
  • Develop and execute a site-specific maintenance plan, ensuring alignment with proactive and reliability maintenance processes.
  • Manage financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profit, while driving cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Collaborate with customers to align on expectations, anticipate needs, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and priority alignment.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven leadership experience, with at least three years of supervisory responsibility, ideally within a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
  • A technical or business-related qualification is preferred, or equivalent experience in operations or maintenance.
  • Good understanding of budget management, CAPEX or P&L
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships, lead teams, and motivate others with integrity and respect.
  • Solid understanding of proactive machine maintenance and preventative maintenance engineering processes, including planning, scheduling, reactive maintenance, and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders positively.
