A residential care provider in Colchester is seeking a Site Manager to oversee construction projects. We're looking for an organised and proactive Site Manager to join our team. Working closely with the Assistant Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of construction projects - ensuring they're delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
You'll ideally have previous experience in construction management or a supervisory role, with excellent organisational and communication skills. A solid understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices is essential. You'll be calm under pressure, able to meet tight deadlines, and take a proactive, hands-on approach as part of a supportive team.
