Job Description

I am currently seeking a Site Manager for a heritage project in Leicester, lasting approximately 12-15 weeks with a budget of £350k. The project is scheduled to commence at the end of February 2025 and involves restoration and refurbishment of a 16th-century building, including some external works.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Ability to deliver the project while reporting to a contract manager.
2. Experience in trade management, site inductions, permit issuance, toolbox talks, and working to tight deadlines.
3. Ability to influence health & safety practices on site and handle quality assurance.
4. Necessary site tickets: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
