• Monitor project progress and report to senior management
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
• Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, and progress reports
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
