Your New Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Freelance Site Manager to oversee a new build and extension project for a school in Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a significant educational development, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your new role
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  2. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
  4. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  5. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  6. Liaise with the client and project team to provide regular updates and address any concerns.

What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in educational or similar construction projects.
