Site Manager / Senior Site Manager: HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL | CHESHIRE

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000

Are you an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager with a passion for delivering luxury homes to the highest standards? Our client, a prestigious developer specializing in high-end residential projects, is seeking a talented and driven individual to oversee the successful delivery of a flagship bespoke property in the Cheshire area.

About the Role: As the Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a luxury single dwelling project, working closely with the project team, specialist subcontractors, and high-end suppliers to ensure meticulous attention to detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all on-site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule targets are met
  2. Coordinate subcontractors and direct labor force
  3. Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants with a professional and solutions-focused approach
  4. Monitor progress and prepare reports for senior management
  5. Uphold high standards of health & safety and site presentation

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience managing high-end or bespoke residential builds
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of building regulations and quality assurance standards
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
  • Keen eye for detail and a passion for quality finishes
