Job summary

Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a complex, high‑value automation project in Doncaster. You will coordinate site activities, review RAMS/CPP and drive safety standards across contractors and installation teams on site.

Applicants should have proven site leadership, CDMReg 2015 knowledge and a track record in industrial construction or warehouse automation. This is a fixed-term contract through March 2028 with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction teams on automation or heavy industrial sites.
• Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and UK health and safety legislation.
• Ability to coordinate RAMS, CPP updates and site inductions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities, contractors and installation teams, ensuring progress aligns with plans and quality standards.
• Review RAMS and CPP; ensure safe systems of work and site H&S compliance.
• Liaise with clients, engineers and project managers to resolve site issues and maintain progress.
