Job description

We have a great opportunity available for a Site Manager to join a successful, reputable Main Contractor working across North Wales, Chester, and surrounding areas. The company specializes in Education & Healthcare projects, with project values up to 8 million.

About the Role

The company has recently won several new projects starting imminently, and is looking to expand its close-knit team. You will report to an onsite Project Manager or Contracts Manager, depending on the project's size. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring the smooth operational running of your assigned site
  2. Maintaining health & safety standards and policies at all times
  3. Monitoring work quality
  4. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
  5. Chairing regular site meetings
  6. Programming works and scheduling
  7. Ordering materials and managing resources
Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a background working for a Main Contractor and possess experience managing both refurbishment and new build/extension projects within the Education and Healthcare sectors, from start to completion. A stable and progressive career history is essential.

Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of approximately £45,000, along with a car or car allowance, pension, and additional benefits.
