• Solid understanding of programme management, quality assurance, health & safety and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams across all construction phases.
• Supervise structural works, extensions, basement construction, MEP installations and high-spec internal fit-outs.

Senior Site Manager – High-End Residential

Location: West London

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a prestigious high-end residential project in West London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury residential construction, with proven experience delivering high-value refurbishments, structural alterations, extensions and bespoke new-build properties across prime London locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams across all construction phases.
• Supervise structural works, extensions, basement construction, MEP installations and high-specification internal fit-outs.
• Maintain strict quality control, ensuring exceptional finishes, effective snagging and defect-free handovers.
• Manage site programmes, progress reporting, procurement, resource allocation and commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, RAMS and all relevant building regulations.
• Liaise closely with clients, architects, structural engineers, consultants and project managers to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress.
• Maintain accurate site records, conduct regular inspections and proactively identify potential delays or cost implications.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven track record delivering luxury refurbishments and new-build residential projects in prime London locations.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural alterations, basement works, extensions, building services and bespoke finishes.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A thorough understanding of programme management, quality assurance, health and safety, and cost control.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Relevant site management qualifications, including SMSTS and CSCS.
