Contract Duration: 3 Weeks (Starting 28/07)
Rate: 275 per day

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a short-term refurbishment project at a commercial unit in Colwyn Bay. The project involves making good of an existing unit, ensuring the site is managed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site operations and coordinate subcontractors.

  • Ensure works are completed according to schedule and specification.

  • Maintain health and safety standards on site.

  • Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks.

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams as needed.

  • Monitor progress and report daily updates to the project manager.

  • Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the project.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or commercial fit-out projects.

  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification.

  • Valid CSCS card.

  • First Aid qualification (preferred).

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage and motivate site teams.

  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.



Additional Information:

  • Immediate start on 28th July.

  • Project duration is 3 weeks.

  • Daily rate: 275
