We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a long-term Student Accommodation project based in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-structured and ongoing development, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day site management, ensuring all works are carried out safely, to quality standards, and in line with programme.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and direct labour.
Maintain clear and accurate site records.
Ensure site Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
Liaise effectively with the Project Manager and wider team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on student accommodation or similar residential/commercial projects.
Valid SMSTS certification.
Up-to-date First Aid qualification.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to lead site teams effectively and work collaboratively with senior management.
