Job Title: Site Manager - ICT

As a Site Manager - ICT, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to create a state-of-the-art cancer centre. Join our dynamic team and make a difference!

The Site Manager - ICT will assist the M&E manager with the management of the design & install of the ICT package on site.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage and oversee ICT specialist packages from sub-contractor selection to install onsite
• Coordinate with other project departments: Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage and review of installation planning to ensure main milestones
• Review project specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with mechanical codes and regulations
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to M&E manager
• Follow up budget-cost (ICT area)
• Supervise project team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Have a forward-thinking and proactive attitude
• Engineering degree or equivalent will be desirable
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role

In addition to the above:

• Knowledge of the UK market and field of healthcare
• Knowledge of equipment and installation of:

• Security Systems
• Access controls
• IPTV
• Distribute antenna systems
• Public address and sound amplific. (PAVA)
• Wifi
• BMS
