Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our project in the Buckinghamshire region. We are collaborating with a leading contractor aiming to strengthen their construction team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day activities of subcontractors, ensuring high health and safety standards are maintained.
• Oversee a new build care home project, from planning through completion.
• Coordinate and manage all construction activities.
• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient task allocation and progress monitoring.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, conduct inspections, and manage risks.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
