Our client is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for work on a large conversion project.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including reports on progress and any changes made.
• Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among all site personnel.
• Utilise Civil 3D software for site planning and design as needed.
• Implement time management strategies to optimise productivity and efficiency on-site.
