A leading Regional Main Contractor have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based out of their Bury St. Edmunds region.

The company have been around for many years and have achieved continuous growth and success, combining traditional values with an innovative and forward thinking approach.

As a business, they carry out new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across a range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, retail, hotels, industrial, defence, heritage and housing, up to £50m in value.

They currently have a lot of work within the hotels sector, and are looking for a stand-alone Site Manager well experienced in this area. Projects include new build, refurbishments and extensions. Timber frame experience is ideal.

Experience:

  • 1 Site Manager with experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
  • Hotels project experience
  • New build, refurbishment and extensions experience
  • Strong all round construction knowledge and experience
  • Private and public sector experience
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
