Are you a hands on HV Site Supervisor or Manager looking to step up and take the lead on critical electrical infrastructure projects?

We’re supporting a leading utility contractor in their search for an HV Electrical Site Manager to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of high voltage projects across the South of England.

Projects range from 11kV to 132kV, and you'll be central to ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

This is a permanent role with genuine long-term career prospects and the chance to play a key part in the UK’s energy transition.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing day to day site activities for HV electrical works
• Leading subcontractors and internal teams on safety, quality, and delivery
• Reviewing and coordinating method statements, risk assessments, and drawings
• Liaising with clients, DNOs, and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting acceptance testing and ‘as-built’ documentation during commissioning
• Ensuring compliance with Electrical Safety Rules (ESR) and CDM regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing HV infrastructure projects (11kV – 132kV)
• SMSTS or equivalent site safety qualification
• Ideally authorised as a Competent Person or experience in live substation environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills on live sites
• Comfortable working across multiple sites across the South East/South Central region
