A well-established construction services provider in the UK seeks a Site Manager for Groundworks. Site Manager - Groundworks

Salary: £47,000 to £55,000 Plus Package | Location: Sites based between Teesside and Thirsk | Immediate Start for the right candidate

About the Company: A well-established, family-run construction services provider with over 50 years of industry experience. Specialising in large-scale groundworks projects for national housebuilders and civil infrastructure, the company is known for its high standards, safety focus, and long-term client relationships. They are expanding their skilled team due to continued growth and project demand.

The day-to-day role will include, not limited to: overseeing Health & Safety and Quality across the site, supervising on-site personnel, day-to-day running of site activities, working with the contracts manager, programming, toolbox talks, H&S inspections, attending site meetings, recording potential changes and updating PM / QS, obtaining permits, and more.

Qualifications

  • SMSTS or SSSTS
  • Relevant CSCS Card, ideally Gold or Black
  • Full clean driving license preferred
