Job Title – Site Manager

Project – High Rise £20M+ New Build & Refurb

Job Location – United Kingdom – weekly travel

Salary – £40K - £45K + £20K package

About the Company

Experienced Project Manager required to run a £20M+ commercial project for a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who have seen outstanding growth and increased turnover in recent years.

Projects range in value up to £100M across NI and Mainland UK.

Benefits include: living away allowance, food allowance, travel, accommodation, vehicle allowance

The Role

  • Oversee day to day running of site
  • Manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
  • Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
  • Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure H&S and Company Policies are adhered to.
  • Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

  • Construction Related Degree or Relevant Trades Accreditation
  • Strong Engineering / Trades / Building Background
  • Demonstrable record of successfully delivering New Build Commercial Projects valued £10M+
