Job Title: Meals on Wheels Site Manager

This is a hands-on management position overseeing a Meals on Wheels site located at the Exeter Senior Center in Exeter, NH. The role involves managing four home delivery routes in Exeter and Stratham. Work hours are Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily meal preparation and delivery operations, including overseeing food packaging and ensuring timely delivery.
2. Supervise staff and volunteers, ensuring adherence to sanitation and food safety practices (ServSafe certification is a plus, training provided).
3. Coordinate weekly food orders, client communications, and complete necessary paperwork.
4. Attend monthly meetings and perform home visits to assess client needs.
5. Input client data, set up meal schedules, and manage financial transactions such as deposits and payroll.
6. Ensure delivery routes are efficient and staff follow proper procedures.
7. Communicate daily updates to staff and respond promptly to emails and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Good managerial skills are essential.
• Experience working with seniors, social services, or non-profits is a plus but not required.
• Must be 21+ with a reliable vehicle; driving and criminal record checks will be performed.

Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $18.90
