Job summary

Brown and Wills Recruitment Ltd is seeking a lead Site Manager for a quick-start fit-out in Seaham, County Durham. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality and safe-working practices of subcontractors, and manage a live environment with minimal supervision.

The role requires hands-on leadership on a 9–10 week refurbishment, strong client liaison, and proven site delivery experience on similar projects. Start from 15th October, with a focus on safety and programme adherence.

Qualifications

Job description

A lead Site Manager is required for a quick start to manage a 9 - 10 week fitout project based in Seaham, County Durham area.

The project is for the refurbishment of an existing property, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, including the quality and safe working practises of the sub-contractors on site, whilst working within a live environment.

• Ability to work under minimal supervision as a project lead on a fitout project whilst operating within a live environment.
• Ideally have had a previous background delivering similar type projects.
• Comfortable operating with high levels of client interface.
• Hold strong all-round construction capability.
• Hold valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certification.
• Available for a start from 15th October.
