My client, a main contractor on the South Coast, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. They undertake high-standard commercial projects including hospitals, schools, and MOD facilities.

The Contracts Manager will work within the refurbishment division, which covers carpentry, decorating, and plastering. The role is based in Portsmouth, but involves overseeing project delivery from start to finish, often managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities include project pricing and planning, workforce management, client liaison, and reporting.

Role Requirements:

1. Over 3 years of Site Manager experience.
2. Trade background, ideally in Carpentry.
3. Excellent communication skills with staff and clients.
4. Ability to motivate and manage teams proactively and effectively.
